I have received a payment reminder, what do I do?

The first step is of course to pay the invoice as soon as possible. If you are worried that the invoice will proceed to debt collection or the like, you can contact the invoice support at faktura@elits.com or your ELITS Sales representative that can give you a few days respite on the payment.

If you think you have received an incorrect reminder, contact invoice support or your ELITS sales representative.
